This range of packaging utilises air and the space around a product for packaging with great effectiveness. It uses the space created by a container to suspend or retain the product and keep it away from any impact incurred on the shipping container. This may be done in a number of ways, either between two layers of elasticised low-slip plastic in tension or held firmly against a backing board within a corrugated frame that fits inside the shipping container. The packs store flat, thereby reducing space in storage and transit. Packaging materials are reduced by up to 78% and can be reused. They are made from at least 30% recovered paper fibre and can be fully recycled in most pulping facilities.
